Many people have various ideas about getting a job in a future. Some people may argue that studying hard in school is more essential than the relating with people. However, I have a different idea. When it comes to the statement that for success in a future job, the ability to relate with people is more important than studying hard in school, I strongly agree with it.
First of all, you should get lots of information to relate with jobs because working people in a company is able to give a essential information to getting a job. In other words, if we knew people who are working related my major, they would able to give a essential information about getting a job. Thus, the ability to relate with various people is more crucial rather than studying in school. From in my case, my friend was already worked in a IT company. His company notified an advertisement for jobs. He heard this news and gave information related with companies. This information was very essential to me getting a job. As a result, to know many people is more important than to study only in school.
In addition, If many students will participate in lots of activities, much people who are working in a company will appreciate many students' characteristic. Putting it differently, If you had a chance meet a CEO in activities, he will have a chance to appreciate students' characteristics. If the CEO had satisfied the students' ability to working in a activities, he will have a opportunity to get a job. Consequently, to relate with various people is very important than to study hard in school. For example, my friend was participated in work-camp. This work-camp had a purpose of service for disable people. He worked hard and felt satisfactory for camp himself. When he met a person in corporation for disable people, he impressed his ability to deal with many trouble problem and his a sense of sacrifice. After finished the camp, he got a chance to work in corporation for disable people.
In conclusion, I agree with that for success in a future job, the ability to relate with people is more important than studying hard in school because many people get lots of information to relate with job and obtain the opportunity to people's ability to task.
