WR 독립형 - flexable work hour

             Both the article and the lecture discuss flexible work hours.  While the article's author says that flexible work hours are more beneficial both employers and employees, the speaker claims that it have more negative results for some reasons.

 

             The article's author insists that employers who have flexible working hours are able to hire the best workers because many employees can commute non-rush hours and save time.  Debating this point,  the speaker argues that a company which runs a flexible work hour policy will lost more money because of flexible working arrangement.  It is not easy for employers to hire useful employees as they have working at the same time another companies.  And to run a team project is impossible because of a different time to working.

 

             According to the article, employees who get to work when they want are happy and productive.  Flexible working arrangement allow employees to work comfortable time.  However, the speaker challenges this assertion, saying that employees will have not happy because of none of a sense of team-work.  In other words, many employees have each different working time.  So, it is not easy for employees to make a sense of friendship.  It will make team-works to weak.

 

             Third, the speaker suggests that many employees do not have a time to spend with their family.  As family members have a home different time.  If father worked at night and slept at morning then their children got up early and went to school.  Family members' sleep time are different due to flexible work hours.  And they could not go on a picnic.  They hardly adjust their free time.  This contradicts this article's assertion that families benefit from flex time as they are able to coordinate schedules to spend time together.
