Many people have various ideas about teacher's salary. Some people may argue that teachers will have to receive more salary as much as doctors, lawyers, and business leaders are. However, I have a different idea. When it comes to the statement that teachers should be paid as much as doctors, lawyers, and business leaders are, I strongly disagree with it.
First of all, teachers do not study longer time than doctors and lawyers. In other words, while many doctors and lawyers have studied for long period, teachers should be studied for relatively less time to become their job. Thus, it is not equal for doctors to receive same salary. For example, when I saw my uncle, my uncle Tom became a doctor for almost 10 years to study for medical. He studied medical for 6 years in college in Korean and had experienced in military services for 3 years. And he has working to hospital in resident doctors now. It's too long time to become a doctor. However, my sister Kim just studied for 2 years to become a teacher. So, teachers should be paid as much as doctors, lawyers and business leaders is not equivalent.
In addition, doctors works are relative hard and dangerous rather than teaching. Putting it differently, doctors have to surgery when patients got injured to save their a life. It is more difficult and hard to concentrate on a patients. And sometimes surgery's time will lengthen save for patients' a life. I mean that teachers working is not hard and difficult rather than doctors' works. However, relatively working for saving a patient's life is much harder and more pay attention to their works. Consequently, it is not equal for doctors to receive same quantity of salaries.
As a result, I disagree with that teaches should be paid as much as doctors, lawyers, and business leaders are. There are two reasons. First is that teachers do not study long time such as doctors. Second is that doctors working is relatively hard than teachers' a work.
